The defense process of Graduation Qualification Works (GQW) by the current cohort of trainees was successfully concluded at the Institute for the Study of Youth Problems and Training Prospective Personnel.

During the defenses, organized within the framework of the professional development and retraining system — one of the core activity areas of the Institute — the trainees presented their final projects. These projects, developed based on the theoretical knowledge and practical skills acquired during the training period, were directly dedicated to improving youth policy in our country, effectively organizing the system of working with youth, and addressing current challenges in the field.

During the defense process, members of the specially established qualification commission reviewed the trainees’ presentations on their respective topics and highly commended their reports and practical proposals. It was particularly emphasized that the scientific and practical recommendations developed by the trainees will serve to enhance efficiency in the sector in the future.
