The primary objectives of the Institute for Studying Youth Problems and Training Prospective Personnel under the Youth Affairs Agency of the Republic of Uzbekistan are as follows:
- Conducting scientific research and preparing information-analytical materials aimed at investigating the issues faced by the nation’s youth, as well as formulating evidence-based recommendations to address these challenges;
- Establishing a database of prospective young personnel across local, state, and economic governance bodies, as well as public organizations, categorized by region; creating a system for monitoring their professional development; and formulating proposals for recommending these individuals to executive positions based on their professional competence and personal qualities;
- Organizing retraining and professional development courses for prospective young leaders within state authority bodies, public administration, economic management, and civil society organizations in accordance with specialized curricula and educational programs, alongside developing pedagogical and methodological guidelines for the career advancement of young managers;
- Expanding international cooperation and networks in the implementation of state youth policy to incorporate advanced international practices in analyzing and resolving youth-related issues.
