In today’s era of digitalization and rapid development, the Institute for Studying Youth Problems and Training Prospective Personnel keeps pace with the times, strengthening its position as one of the country’s leading scientific-analytical and academic centers.

A special role and contribution to increasing the institution’s academic prestige and organizational capacity belongs to the Director of the Institute—political scientist Aktam Jalilov. Under his leadership, the institute is actively implementing advanced international standards and innovative approaches into the educational process.

A New Pedagogical Concept in the Age of Artificial Intelligence

The “AI Redirection” concept, put forward by Aktam Jalilov and recognized by the international academic community, marked a major turning point in modern education. According to the scholar’s approach, artificial intelligence in education should not simply be banned; rather, it should be utilized to develop students’ critical thinking, independent analysis, and personal cognitive effort.

The scientific paper titled “From AI Detection to AI Redirection: Preserving Cognitive Effort Through Authentic Assessment,” reflecting this concept and the “Authentic Assessment” methodology, was included in the program of the Asia Academic Forum 2026 international conference and published with a DOI index.

International Recognition

The strategic cooperation established by the Institute’s leadership with leading Japanese academic institutions (Nagoya University, United Nations University) and international conferences held in Tokyo testify to our institution’s global standing.

Under the leadership of political scientist Aktam Jalilov, our Institute continues to develop as a flagship institution in innovative pedagogy, deep socio-political analysis, and the training of a new generation of leadership personnel.
