A 5-day professional development seminar titled “Increasing the Efficiency of Youth Unions in Primary Trade Union Organizations” was held at the Training Institute of the Federation of Trade Unions of Uzbekistan. The event was organized for the chairpersons of youth unions and commissions working with youth within the Trade Union of Health Workers of Uzbekistan.

 

 

Within the framework of the seminar, Zafar Arslonov, a doctoral student at the Institute for Studying Youth Problems and Training Prospective Personnel, conducted an insightful session on the topic: “Youth Policy in New Uzbekistan: Reforms and Future Strategy.”

During the seminar, current issues in the field, modern methods of working with youth, and effective mechanisms were discussed in detail.

 

This seminar serves to enhance the knowledge and skills of the participants and further strengthen the efficiency of activities related to youth development.
