The “National Youth Index” is a brand-new system reflecting the implementation of youth policy across all levels of the management vertical, introduced in Uzbekistan starting from 2026 based on international experience.
This practice is widely utilized in developed countries. In order to bring these advanced achievements into Uzbekistan and apply international practices within the country, a cooperation agreement was reached with the European Youth Forum for the development and implementation of this index.

During the meeting, a particular professional emphasis was placed on this international cooperation and the process of developing the index methodology. Associate Professor Yunusov Alisher Bobomuradovich, Deputy Director of the Institute for Studying Youth Problems and Training Prospective Personnel under the Youth Affairs Agency, directly participated in the Brussels negotiations as part of the official working group and discussed the scientific and practical aspects of implementing the system.
