The Westminster International University in Tashkent (WIUT) hosted a prestigious scientific forum — the 2nd Westminster Doctoral Research Network Workshop. Dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the university, this event brought together young researchers and international experts to discuss current research trends.
Amirbek Urakov, a doctoral student from the Institute for Research of Youth Problems (Youth Affairs Agency), successfully delivered a presentation in the “Governance, Leadership & Public Policy” session.

He presented his research topic: “Improving the Comprehensive Evaluation of Youth Programme Effectiveness Based on the 3E Model”. The proposed approaches to optimizing the analysis of youth projects generated high interest and sparked an active discussion among the participants.

In addition to the parallel sessions, the workshop program—detailed in the WeNeRD Agenda.pdf file—included training sessions on utilizing AI in research, advanced research methodologies (such as SmartPLS and bibliometric analysis), and a concluding round table. Participation in this forum served as an excellent opportunity to showcase the Institute’s research on an international level and strengthen academic ties with foreign colleagues.
