At the initiative of the Head of our State, ensuring the rights and interests of women and providing them with comprehensive support have become a top priority of state policy. In this regard, an open dialogue and a round-table discussion in the “Leader and Youth” format were organized at the Customs Committee within the framework of “Youth Day,” focusing on the topic: “Supporting Young Women, Their Proposals, and Initiatives.”

 

The prestigious event was chaired by the Chairman of the Customs Committee, A. Mavlonov. Alongside the young female employees working within the customs system and the cadets of the Customs Institute, Charos Mirxoliqova—Associate Professor at the Institute for Studying Youth Problems and Training Prospective Personnel and Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Pedagogical Sciences—attended as a guest speaker. During the round table, she shared her insights on the theme: “The Role of Modern Women in Society: Psychological Stability, Professional Potential, and Leadership Responsibility.”

 

The presentation sparked great interest among the young female staff and cadets, serving as an important practical guide for their future professional endeavors and the development of their leadership potential.
