To enhance the publication activity of the institute’s doctoral students and researchers, and to facilitate their integration into the global scientific community, young scholars actively participated in an international scientific and practical seminar titled “Publishing Articles in High-Impact Journals: Real Experience and Effective Methods.”

The seminar was hosted by the Research Laboratory for Improving the Efficiency of Public Services. The keynote speaker of the event was Dr. Zaynidin Eshkuvvatov, a leading scientist, Associate Professor at Universiti Malaysia Terengganu, who holds a Doctor of Science (DSc) degree in Mathematics.

Core Topics and Practical Relevance

During the seminar, Dr. Z. Eshkuvvatov—author of over 100 scientific articles indexed in the Scopus and Web of Science databases, with extensive academic experience at Malaysia’s leading universities (UMT, UPM, USIM, UniMAP)—shared his long-standing expertise and insights.

For our institute’s doctoral students, this seminar provided an excellent opportunity to receive direct answers to critical global publishing questions. The real-world examples and practical guidelines presented during the event inspired our young scientists to publish their research findings in prestigious Q1–Q3 journals and showcase their academic potential on a global scale.
