The examinations were organized based on the criteria established by current regulatory legal acts. The entrance exams were conducted in two stages using a 100-point grading system, strictly adhering to the principles of openness, transparency, objectivity, and equal opportunity.

In the first stage, candidates’ theoretical preparation in their specialty subjects, scientific outlook, and analytical and independent thinking skills were assessed through an oral interview.

In the second stage, the researchers presented their dissertation projects and research plans, defending them before a panel of experts.

The proposals were comprehensively evaluated based on scientific relevance, novelty, practical significance, and research potential. During the evaluation, the importance of the chosen topics for studying youth problems and developing this field was taken into account as the primary criterion.

The process was carried out in strict compliance with the principles of academic integrity, objectivity, and fairness.
