A three-day international seminar dedicated to the development of pedagogical excellence and the introduction of modern educational models has concluded at the Institute for the Study of Youth Issues and Training of Prospective Personnel. The event was organized as a practical step toward deepening bilateral cooperation in the field of education, initiated by the leaders of Uzbekistan and Japan.

The seminar was attended by the Director of the Institute, Professor Aktam Jalilov; Professor Sarkar Arani of Nagoya University’s Graduate School of Education and Human Development, an expert in comparative education; Dr. Eldorjon Elmurodov, Director of Nagoya University in Tashkent; as well as Professor Asuka Kawano of Nagoya University.

The seminar served not only as a platform for academic dialogue but also as a strategic forum for discussing the future of the national education system. Key topics included the development of pedagogical competencies, comparative analysis of educational models, and the adaptation of effective approaches used in the Japanese education system to the context of Uzbekistan. This format enabled a transition from theoretical discussion to practical exchange of experience.

Seminar doirasida ta’lim sifatini oshirishning institutsional mexanizmlari, tadqiqot madaniyatini rivojlantirish va tanqidiy fikrlay oladigan, metodologik jihatdan moslashuvchan hamda akademik tashabbuskor pedagoglarni shakllantirish masalalariga alohida e’tibor qaratildi. Professional munozaralar, savol-javob sessiyalari va tahliliy chiqishlar tadbirning amaliy ahamiyatini yanada kuchaytirdi.
Mazkur seminar Institutning ekspert maydon sifatidagi maqomini yana bir bor tasdiqladi. U xalqaro ta’lim muloqoti va ilg‘or tajribalarni milliy kadrlar tayyorlash tizimiga integratsiya qilishga xizmat qiladigan barqaror asosni shakllantirdi.
