Seminars dedicated to pedagogical excellence are continuing at a high organizational level at the Institute for the Study of Youth Problems and Training of Prospective Personnel.

Today marked the second day of the seminars, during which active work was carried out to further develop pedagogical competencies, conduct in-depth analysis of modern educational approaches, and facilitate effective exchange of experience. The high level of participant engagement significantly enhanced the practical value of the event.


The event is attended by the Institute’s Director, Professor Aktam Jalilov; Professor Sarkar Arani of the Graduate School of Education and Human Development at Nagoya University (Japan); and Eldorjon Elmurodov, Director of Nogai University in Tashkent. Special attention is being paid to international experience exchange, the introduction of innovative pedagogical methods, and improving the quality of education.
The seminar participants include educators from various institutes across Uzbekistan. Their active involvement, Q&A sessions, and professional discussions are creating a solid foundation for the implementation of advanced approaches in the educational process.

On the first day of the seminar, Sanjar Bekmurodov, an analyst at the Institute for the Study of Youth Problems and Training of Prospective Personnel, delivered a presentation on Japanese pedagogy, providing a detailed overview of effective approaches and practices used in Japan’s education system.
