Oxford County has launched a youth recruitment and retention campaign that educates young people about local job opportunities.
Throughout the six-week campaign, young people, parents, teachers and the rest of the Oxford community have access to videos that highlight five different sectors of employment with an overview of the jobs that exist in each sector.
Videos are available on the workinoxford.ca website and social media. Schools can use them to complement their curriculum and raise awareness of the job opportunities available.
The campaign is designed for young people in grades 7-12.
