Citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan not older than 30 years old, executives and specialists of state and economic management bodies, local executive authorities, citizens’ self-government bodies, public organizations with higher education and work experience of at least 2 years can apply for 4-month retraining courses, after graduating from a higher educational institution.

Documents are accepted by the departments and district (city) departments of the Agency for Youth Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the Republic of Karakalpakstan, regions and the city of Tashkent until August 05, 2021.

Applicants submit the following documents:

1. Recommendation signed by the first heads of state and economic management bodies, local executive bodies, citizens’ self-government bodies, public organizations (responsibility for strict compliance with the requirements for the candidates themselves and their documents when recommending to study at the institute, for the reliability and correctness documents assigned to the heads of citizens’ self-government bodies and public organizations);

2. Application addressed to the director of the institute ariza;

3. Questionnaire, reference-lens (indicating data on close relatives);

4. Document on higher education and a copy of the application (upon delivery it is necessary to show the original);

5. A certified copy of the work book (work experience must be exactly 2 years);

6. Photos of 6 pieces in the format 3.5 x 4.5 cm ;

7. A copy of the passport, upon delivery it is necessary to show the original.

Copies of documents reflecting the specific achievements of the candidate during his career (awards, patents for inventions and other achievements) may be attached to the documents.
