The VII International Symposium dedicated to the issue of loneliness among youth was held in Turkey.
During the event, key issues related to working with young people and their integration into society were discussed. Alisher Yunusov, Deputy Director of the Institute for the Study of Youth Problems and Training of Promising Personnel, Associate Professor, delivered an online presentation titled “The Role of Mahalla Leaders in Preventing Loneliness among Youth in Uzbekistan.”


The symposium was attended by sociologists from Turkey, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, and Russia, who shared their experiences in reducing feelings of loneliness among young people.
The participation of our institute’s representative in this international symposium is a source of pride for our team and demonstrates the growing international recognition of the institute’s scientific potential in the field of youth studies.
