V. Gruzdev, Chairman of the Board of the Russian Lawyers’ Association: “Young Russian athletes, when moving to foreign clubs, will pay compensation to their sports schools”.
The bill was approved by the government commission on legislative activities, which provides that young athletes under the age of 23, when moving to foreign clubs, will pay compensation to their sports schools.
