On March 27, 2026, the Scientific Council held its regular meeting at the Institute for the Study of Youth Problems and Training of Prospective Personnel under the Youth Affairs Agency. The meeting addressed key issues regarding the educational process of students and the research activities of academic scholars.

Key Decisions for Retraining Course Students Under the first and second agenda items, the following decisions were approved for students of the 4-month retraining courses:
- Final Thesis Topics and Supervisors: Graduation thesis topics were developed in line with current industry challenges, and qualified academic supervisors were assigned.
- Internship Process: To reinforce theoretical knowledge with practical experience, internship placements and supervisors were officially confirmed. This provides students with the opportunity to enhance their skills directly within relevant organizations.

Developing Research Activities The next part of the meeting focused on increasing the Institute’s scientific potential. Specifically, dissertation topics and academic supervisors were reviewed and officially approved for:
- Doctoral and Basic Doctoral students (PhD);
- Independent researchers.
During the approval process, particular emphasis was placed on the scientific novelty, practical significance, and alignment of the research topics with ongoing socio-economic reforms.

The decisions adopted by the Scientific Council will contribute to the further improvement of high-quality education and the system of training highly qualified personnel in the field of science.
