Director

Jalilov Aktam Tashnazarovich was born in 1968. Nationality - Uzbek. In 1992 he graduated from the Faculty of Philosophy, Tashkent State University, and in 1995 - Dokuz Eilul University under the program of MA in Public Administration, Turkey.

Professional activity:

1995-1996 - Postgraduate student of the Tashkent State Economic University.

1996-1999 - Senior Researcher at the Institute for Strategic and Interregional Studies under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

1999-2003 - part-time Assistant Professor at the Faculty of International Relations of the University of World Economy and Diplomacy, Assistant to the First Vice-Rector.

2003-2004 - Researcher at Indiana University (USA).

2004-2005 - Researcher at Harvard University (USA).

2005-2009 - Researcher of the Department of Scientific Grants of the Academy of State and Social Construction under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Head of the Competition and Monitoring Department, Head of the Personnel Control and Documentation Department.

2009-2011 - Head of the Department of Political System of Foreign Countries of the Academy of State and Social Construction under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

2011-2012 - Researcher, Department of Political Science, Jose University, Japan.

2012-2013 - Head of the Department of "Foundations of Civil Society" of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

2013-2015 - Vice-rector for spiritual and educational work of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

2015-2016 - Professor of the Department of National Idea and Social Philosophy of the National University of Uzbekistan named after Mirzo Ulugbek, etc.

2016-2017 - expert on youth issues of the Youth Union of Uzbekistan.

2017-2019 - Director of the Institute for the Study of Youth Problems and Training of Perspective Personnel of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

2019-2021 - Head of the Department of Political Foundations of Public Administration of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

2021 - present. -Director of the Institute for the Study of Youth Problems and the Training of Perspective Personnel under the Agency for Youth Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Deputy Director

Yunusov Alisher Bobomuradovich was born in 1974.
The Nationality - Uzbek. In 1991-1996 student of the National University of Uzbekistan. In 1999, aspirant of the National University of Uzbekistan.

Work experience:

2000-2004 – the secretary of the reception of the vice-principal of The Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

2004-2008 - Head of the Department of "Social Sciences and Theory, Practice in Building a Democratic Society in Uzbekistan" at the Tashkent State Institute of Culture named after Abdullah Kadiri.

2008-2012 - Dean of the faculty of socio-cultural activities of the Tashkent State Institute of Culture named after Abdullah Kadiri.

2012-2014 - Student of master degree at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

2014-2017 - Vice-principal on spiritual and educational affairs of the Tashkent State Dental Institute.            

2017-2020 - Deputy Director of the Institute for Research of the Youth  Problems and  Training Prospective Personnel at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

2020 to date, Deputy director of the Institute for Research of the Youth Problems and Training Prospective Personnel under Youth Affairs Agency of the Republic of Uzbekistan..
