In Ukraine, within the framework of the USAID (United States Agency for International Development) “Dream and Act” program, a study of the labor market was carried out and the most favorable directions for youth in employment and entrepreneurship were identified, as well as partners of the state and non-governmental sectors actively promoting youth employment were identified (18-35 years old) in creative industries, agriculture, trade and energy.
Based on the results of the study of youth employment issues, it was recommended to focus on improving financial and digital literacy, social and technical skills among young people, as well as expanding the conditions for inclusive and vocational education.
