Today, on February 28, scientific staff, doctoral students and researchers of the Institute for the Study of Youth Problems and Training of Prospective Personnel visited the scientific-educational memorial complex named after the First President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov. During the visit, young people got acquainted with unique art samples created by sculptors, painters and photographers dedicated to Islam Karimov. They also received more detailed information about Islam Karimov’s childhood and adolescence, his magnificent and exemplary life path, his wise policy and work as the head of the state, his personal and moral qualities, his hobbies and unique noble qualities. The exhibits of collections and objects related to the life and work of Islam Karimov left a special impression on them. The memory of Islam Karimov, the founder of our independence, was once again remembered with deep respect.

For information, the scientific and educational memorial complex named after Islam Karimov, the First President of the Republic of Uzbekistan under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, was created based on the relevant decision of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan on April 25, 2017, with the aim of perpetuating the memory of Islam Karimov and comprehensively studying his legacy. The complex consists of a museum, a research and education center, a library and a study hall, as well as a conference hall. The complex conducts its activities in cooperation with the Republican Charitable Foundation named after Islam Karimov.
