Today at the Department of Development of Management Skills and Leadership Qualities of the Institute for the Study of Youth Problems and the Training of Perspective Personnel a discussion of the Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) dissertation of base doctoral student A. Usmanov in specialty 08.00.13 – “Management” on the topic “Ways of improving organizational and motivational mechanisms of personnel management in an organization”.

The relevance, importance and scientific novelty of A. Usmanov’s research work are considered by the professors of the institute, suggestions and recommendations for further improvement were given.
At the end of the meeting the dissertation was recommended for further discussion.
