In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers dated May 22, 2017 No. 304, online submission of applications for independent researchers for the 4th quarter of 2023 through the Unified Electronic System (phd.mininnovation.uz) has begun.

✅Documents will be accepted from July 15 to August 15 of the current year.

❗️Independent researcher — is a form of postgraduate education in the specialty of scientific and scientific-pedagogical personnel of the highest qualification, organized at the Higher Educational Institution or National Research University for applicants for the scientific degrees of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) or Doctor of Science (DSc) for in-depth study of the specialty and their conduct of scientific research in order to prepare and defending a doctoral dissertation on the job.

22.00.02 — Social structure, social institutions and way of life
23.00.02 — Political institutions, processes and technologies

The applicants’ documents are reviewed and accepted or rejected by the scientific or educational organization. Also, the documents of the applicants must be accepted within the above deadlines.
