From December 12 to 14, 2025, the IV International Congress of Turkic and World Women’s Studies was held in Istanbul. As part of this academic event, Associate Professor of the Institute for the Study of Youth Problems and Training of Prospective Personnel, Charos Khabibullayevna Mirkholiqova, participated with a presentation entitled “Developing Spiritual Intelligence in Women Leaders”.

The congress served as an important international academic platform for discussing issues of women’s leadership, socio-psychological development, as well as cultural and scientific cooperation.
