Documents will be accepted until February 8, 2025, through the departments of the Youth Affairs Agency of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the Republic of Karakalpakstan, regions, and the city of Tashkent, as well as through the district (city) departments.

Candidates must be citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan, have a higher education, be under 30 years of age, and have at least 2 years of work experience after graduating from a higher educational institution. They should be informed about the socio-economic and political reforms taking place in Uzbekistan, have in-depth knowledge of state youth policy, be responsible, initiative-driven, possess leadership and business skills, and have experience in teamwork. Additionally, they should hold leadership positions or work in government and administrative bodies, local self-government bodies, citizens’ self-governance bodies, or public organizations.

Candidates must submit the following documents:

  1. A recommendation signed by the head of the relevant government and administrative bodies, local executive authorities, citizens’ self-governance bodies, and public organizations, emphasizing strict adherence to the requirements for candidates and their documents. The responsibility for the authenticity and correctness of the documents lies with the heads of these organizations.

2.An application addressed to the director of the institute.

3.A questionnaire and an objective certificate (including information about close relatives).

4.A copy of the higher education diploma and its annexes (the original must be provided when submitting the documents).

5.A certified copy of the employment record book (work experience must be at least 2 years).

6 color photographs, size 3.5 x 4.5 cm.

7.A copy of the passport (the original must be provided when submitting the documents).

Documents will be accepted until February 8, 2025, through the departments of the Youth Affairs Agency of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the Republic of Karakalpakstan, regions, and the city of Tashkent, as well as through the district (city) departments.

Candidates recommended by ministries, agencies, and organizations will undergo a two-stage selection process.
