January 31 of this year employees, basic doctoral students and independent researchers of the Institute for the Research of Youth Problems and the Training of Prospective Personnel took part in a webinar on the topic “Human Leadership”, organized by Civil Service College (UK). The webinar was conducted by an international expert with 25 years of experience, HR Director at FDM Group Paula Lich.

The webinar provided practical and theoretical recommendations on what is «human leadership», information on modeling leadership, as well as on the formation of leadership qualities.

During the webinar, the participants received answers to their questions both on theoretical and practical examples.
