Marshalltown Municipal Transit and the Marshalltown Public Library are teaming up on a pilot program that will allow kids to get to and from the library for free all summer long.
The collaboration between the two entities will allow kids and teenagers to obtain free bus tickets from the youth services desk, specifically for transportation to the library.
