India ranked first in the world in terms of the number of immigrants according to the analysis of the Institute for Research of the Youth Problems and Training Prospective Personnel by 2020. Of which 17.9 million or 6.4% were international migrants. Today, more than half of Indian expats live in the Gulf countries and about 5 percent in the UK.
India, which at this stage demonstrates the innovative nature of economic development, has significantly reduced the outflow of youth abroad as a result of reforms begun thirty years ago to raise wages to the level of the United States, specialists in research institutions and faculty of higher education institutions.
