According to the analysis of the Institute for the Research of the Youth Problems and Training Prospective Personnel, in Kazakhstan, special attention is paid to the activities of Youth Resource Centers aimed at preventing the outflow of youth from the country, as well as providing informational, methodological and consulting support.
From January to September 2020, 11,4 thousand young specialists left the country, most of whom are specialists in the field of engineering (3,3 thousand), economics (1,7 thousand) and pedagogy (1 thousand).
In Kazakhstan, a number of measures are being taken to reduce the number of emigrants and their return. Here, the main emphasis is on the development of the education sector, in particular, the improvement of higher education in accordance with international standards, bringing it to the level of prestigious foreign educational institutions.
